She also clearly has some very good links with the operators as she gets back with information from them very quickly. She obviously loves the mountains and what she does…Europeans take not: the famous North American high level customer service is really in evidence when you consider she is at work by 5.30 am her time to help us on the old continent get some quality snow….Thanks again.
